San Diego State University Dance Team Pre-Audition Clinic Date: February 26, 2023 Time: 1:00pm-4:00pm (Registration begins at 12:00pm) Location: San Diego State University - Peterson Gymnasium Enrollment: Grade 11 and up; including current collegiate students This SDSU Dance Team Pre-Audition Clinic is designed to give individuals insight on what it is like to audition for the SDSU Dance Team. This clinic will focus on learning routine combinations for jazz, pom, and hip hop led by current members of the team followed by a Q&A session led by Head Coach Kaitlin Collins and Assistant Coach Tori Kullmann. After the conclusion of the clinic, the coaching staff will send audition invitation emails to those dancers who they would like to see at our 2023 audition in April. Listed below is the recommended attire based on educational level: Current College/Transfer Students wear a red top and black bottoms. High School Seniors wear a black top and black bottoms. High School Juniors wear a white top and black bottoms. Appropriate dance footwear: jazz and athletic shoes. *No spectators will be allowed* Registration: In addition to completing on-line registration, all individuals will be required to submit a participation waiver through DocuSign. Parental consent is required for participants under the age of 18. Disclosing your graduating year will also be required to participate and will be available to submit with all the forms via email.
