Description

Fun indoor yoga class for kids ages 5-9 with a certified yoga instructor. We will be talking about gardening, learning poses, playing games, using our imagination and having fun in a safe classroom setting. Laughter and helpers are encouraged! Mats and games will also be provided. Each participant will take home a small keepsake. Parents are invited to stay and watch. Please bring water! RYT-200 yoga instructor has a specialty in children's yoga through YogaRenew with a background in several different fitness fields (ACE, AFAA, NPTI, CPR/AED certifications).
