Let plant-emitted vapors boost your immune system's strength while you practice nature-centered calming techniques shown in studies to lower blood pressure and counteract stress hormones. This guided group meander will start next to the parking lot at the picnic tables. Bring a lunch to munch as this practiced noticing of nature will extend through the lunch hour. Please arrive on time, as this is a timed traveling activity. The typical cost for a nature immersion therapy session is $50 for two hours, but we want nature therapy to be accessible by all. Pay what you can, or even pay extra to help others be able to learn the practice of nature therapy. Wear closed-toe shoes with tread and tough pants you can sit comfortably in, as well as multiple top layers, and please bring your own lunch.
