Description
Students will rest in supported postures while being guided through breath work and positive psychology meditation. At the conclusion of class we will wind down with a community social and complimentary beverage - fresh juice, wine or sleepytime tea.
This class is for all fitness levels. Come alone or bring someone to share the experience with and mingle after. Arrive early (6:50pm). Dress comfortably.
Yoga mat, towel and bottle water suggested.
