Blending wine is as much a science as it is an art. It is the process of meticulously combining different wine varietals to create a composite blend that's better than any of the wines separately on their own. Our Ameritage Red Blend is fashioned after the world renowned Bordeaux blends of France. During this party you will have an opportunity to create a new blend of wine for our next vintage. So join our Blending Party, this will certainly be fun, you and your friends can play winemaker at least for a day! $35 person, includes wines for blending, cheese and crackers!
