Join the FSU College of Nursing, City of Tallahassee, and the Tallahassee Senior Center Foundation for Active Adults for an exciting Lunch & Learn event at the Jake Gaither Community Center on February 21st from 12:30-2:30pm. Lunch will be provided for all registered participants. Joyce Dwyer, APRN from the Tallahassee Pulmonary Clinic will be presenting on Healthy Sleep Habits and Relaxation and Mindfulness.
