The WorkshopThe 19th Annual North Carolina Water Quality Compliance Workshop provides an informal setting to meet North Carolina state regulatory personnel and discuss permitting and compliance matters that may impact your operations in 2023. The staffs of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR)  and Division of Energy Mining and Land Resources (DEMLR) will help you understand the laws, regulations and Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) expectations to help your organization develop the most effective compliance strategies and control costs. CostsStandard Registration – $245 NCMA Member Registration – $210 Late Registration (after Feb. 10, 2023) – $295 Not sure if you are an NCMA Member? To qualify for the member rate your company must be an NCMA member or business partner. CE/PGHThe Workshop has been approved for six contact hours of Continuing Education (CE) by the North Carolina Water Pollution Control Operators Certification Commission (WPCSOCC) and six Professional Growth Hours (PGHs) by the North Carolina Water Treatment Facility Operator Certification Board (WTFOCB). Lunch and Breaks ProvidedThis workshop includes a catered buffet lunch and breaks during the day. Refund PolicyNCMA will provide full refund up to 20 days prior to the event. NCMA will provide 50% refund after 20 days but before 10 days prior to the event. NCMA cannot provide refunds within 10 days of the event due to commitments we make for food service based on anticipated attendance. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
