The WorkshopThe 19th Annual North Carolina Water Quality Compliance Workshop provides an informal setting to meet North Carolina state regulatory personnel and discuss permitting and compliance matters that may impact your operations in 2023. The staffs of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR)  and Division of Energy Mining and Land Resources (DEMLR) will help you understand the laws, regulations and Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) expectations to help your organization develop the most effective compliance strategies and control costs. Lunch and Breaks ProvidedThis workshop includes a catered buffet lunch and breaks during the day. Refund PolicyNCMA will provide full refund up to 20 days prior to the event. NCMA will provide 50% refund after 20 days but before 10 days prior to the event. NCMA cannot provide refunds within 10 days of the event due to commitments we make for food service based on anticipated attendance. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
