FREE FOOD, FUN, EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT FOR TEEN AND YOUNG ADULT WOMEN!
Come out and learn:
Your monthly fertility cycle and how to identify concernsHow to modify your choices to honor the different phases of your cycleVaginal bleeding- what's normal and abnormal 4 markers to track to achieve or avoid pregnancyYou can expect a mixture of education, Q&A, games and hands-on activities. A complimentary meal will be provided.
Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia is supporting our More than A Period Party to educate women about their bodies as it relates to their fertility cycles.
We have found that women know a lot about when they bleed, but don't know about the other three phases which can result in unwanted and/or undetected pregnancies.
Having this knowledge ultimately helps women who want to get pregnant show up to pregnancy better prepared and helps those who don't want to get pregnant prevent it from happening without having to rely on medical interventions that could impact their future fertility.
If you have any questions now or on the day of the event, please call 478-254-0122 or email us at [email protected]. Please RSVP by March 30th. We can't wait to see you there!
Once you arrive, park at Taylor Hall. The event will be held in Room 123.
