Description

Re-introducing Mota Thai Yoga's basic signature sequences. When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door. Masks are not required, however if you feel more comfortable wearing one during class, feel free. Class is heated between 90-100 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5. Register on Eventbrite. on our website, or on Mindbody. (Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for black door #22 with a red Mayan calendar on it.)
