***THIS IS FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION** Plant, farm & garden, arts & crafts, clothing, and educational vendors/booths are encouraged to join in on this first annual festival! By registering on this Eventbrite you are agreeing to the following terms: 1) Pay $20 vendor fee for a 10x10 booth (this money will be donated back to Elwood Park Baptist Church) If you need electricity for your booth it will be a $5 add on as there is only select booth spaces with electricity. Please no generators. 2) You will arrive by 8:30AM to set up your booth (you can arrive as early as 8AM). You will be assigned a location and will utilize only your booth space. You will agree to park in vendor parking. 3) Please remember we are being hosted by a church! That means this is a family friendly environment: No alcohol or smoking on premises, no political advertisements or sale of political swag, anything for sale must be in good taste, no music at booth. Be respectful of the grounds! 4) You will attend the entire festival 9AM-3PM and will not close your booth until after 3PM. Please have your booth clean and the way you found it by 4PM. 5) We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen merchandise, cash, personal belongings. We look forward to having you and hope to make this an annual event
