In this workshop being held exclusively for Downtown Holland retailers, you will learn tried, tested, and true ways to build loyalty, increase sales, and develop relationships that result in substantial lifetime value. Retail expert Bob Negen from WhizBang Training owned the Mackinaw Kite Company with stores in Grand Haven, Mackinaw City, and other top tourist destinations, so he knows the challenges and opportunities that come from a hybrid town—a town with both local business and tourist business. This engaging workshop will be an exploration of marketing, finding and keeping great employees, team building, and how to proactively build an amazing experience. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, April 18 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Holland Civic Center Place (150 West 8th Street) with a short break in between. Coffee and a continental breakfast will be served. The workshop is designed for retail business owners and managers and attendance is limited to businesses located in Downtown Holland. Registration fees are non-refundable, but your registration can be transferred to another individual at your business if you need to cancel for any reason
