Love unites all things - dark and light, masculine and feminine, body and mind, soul and spirit. Love is also the great healer. Come join us as we explore all the wondrous resources of unconditional love in the heart center in a circle of safety, love, joy, delight, laughter and abundance. "Of all the forces that can overcome all difficulties, is the force of love, because the greatest Law of God is Love, which holds the keys to all problems. ---Meher Baba--- "When you are in the presence of unconditional love, that is the optimum environment for your heart to open, because you feel safe, because you realize nobody wants anything from you. The minute that heart opens, you are once again letting in the flow. And that flow is where you experience God". ---Ram Dass--- This workshop will be a deep experiential dive into Love. Working in the field of Love, we will be explore: 1) How to heal blocks, triggers, and negative self-talk. 2) Freeing yourself from self-imposed limitations, old memories and old conditioning thereby creating space for a brand new experience of life. 3) Discover all the wondrous gifts and unknown resources of the heart center that can aid you in all areas of your life. 4) Self-love and body-love exercises. 5) Why the body and your life force are the keys to higher consciousness. 6) Self-responsibility as the path to mature spiritual growth and ultimate empowerment. 7) Creative exercises to help embody new insights. 8) The evolution and ascension of earth and your participation in it. 9) Why the doorway to your accelerated growth and evolution is in opening to feelings. 10) Why the heart center and a greater awareness of feelings greatly enhances discernment. A heart centered space created by all who are present can aid and facilitate our own healing, awakening and transformation while opening ourselves to greater possibilities. I hope you will join us! This workshop is experiential and will give everyone opportunities to share and participate. There will be multiple breaks, time for lunch, and time to walk and move your body. There is a pond in the backyard with 5 beautiful acres to wander through and enjoy. Light snacks and water will be provided. You may bring your own lunch and/or there are restaurants and a PCC grocery store all close by.
