The members of Bayou Pearls are excited to announce their chartering of a new graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® will occur on Saturday, May 6, 2022. We would love for you to grace us with your appearance as we embark upon history and prepare to change the dynamics of our communities. To commemorate our chartering, we will be publishing a digital souvenir journal to be distributed to our over 400 guests and community members. We cordially invite you to advertise your business, organization, professional achievements, and messages in our vibrant, and breath-taking journal. . Digital Patron Advertisements Shown in a video presentation during the chartering luncheon and will continue for three months on our website. $250 and above – public recognition at luncheon. Supporters of the Vision $10 - $50 printed in souvenir journal only Visionary Supporters $51 - $100 shown on screen during reception (or signage) & souvenir journal Visionary in Pink Patron $101 – $250 all the above and shown on screen (or signage) during luncheon without voiceover United in Green Patron $251 – $500 all of the above & voice over video during luncheon service Pride and Perpetuity Patron $501 and Above all above & social & website for 6 months Souvenir Keepsake Journal (camera-ready color) To commemorate our chartering, we will be publishing a souvenir journal. The journal will be printed and distributed to the over 600 guests we are expecting at the event. Full-page ad $150 Half-page ad $75 Quarter-page ad $40 Key Ad Submission Notes: Journals will be full color, 8.5 inches X 11 inches, portrait orientation. All ads, with the exception of business cards, will be printed in portrait orientation. Business cards will be printed in landscape orientation. Deadline for submitting ads is SATURDAY, April 15, 2023.
