Come Experience our Largest Event Yet!!3 Hours, 3 Facilitators, & a Million Reasons to come release, relax, accept, and allow with our ever-expanding community of healers & health enthusiasts. Luv 2 Dance Studio in Kaysville is graciously allowing us to utilize their space for our upcoming Sugar Moon Breathwork Event and we couldn't be more excited! Flow of the Evening:Doors open at 7 pm - The Event Starts Promptly at 7:30p We're going to be doing a unique combination of movement, breathwork, and a stillness practice followed by a sound bath designed to support you in rebalancing and resetting your nervous system so you can go back into the world and shine the light you truly are. All you need is a comfortable blanket, a yoga mat, a water bottle, something to write with, and something to write on. :) We're so excited to hold space during this event and look forward to sharing energy with each and every one of you.
