Winter Sowing is a fun and easy way to start strong seedlings. We will set up some winter sowing containers with everything you need to grow some flowers, herbs and vegetables. Recommended for ages 5 and up. $15 suggested donation to cover materials - payable in-store. Please RSVP here for planning purposes. About Dr. Rubin Dr. Susan Rubin is a food and garden educator who grows food, flowers and herbs with all ages. This is her 4th season winter sowing. Susan is also a Westchester County Master Composter Recycler and is dedicated to zero waste.
