Get your Bigfoot Hunting Permit and join us for the first-ever Bigfoot Scavenger Hunt at Turkey Mountain! It'll be a Big Hoot! In celebration of National Trails Day, River Parks Authority is hosting a Bigfoot Scavenger Hunt at Turkey Mountain. Come out and enjoy the trails and find all of the clues left by the Bigfoot(s). Take pictures or videos of the clues you find and check them off the list. The list of the clues will be provided at check-in for your group. Return to the check-in tent with your completed list no later than 2 p.m. and you will receive a reward. If you miss the 2 p.m. deadline, you can email the results to [email protected]. Please include your contact information and mailing information when emailing your results. Rules for the Bigfoot Scavenger Hunt: 1. Take pictures or videos only! 2. Keep a list of the Bigfoot evidence items you find! 3. Leave the Bigfoot evidence items where you find them! 4. Do not disturb Bigfoot, observe only! 5. No weapons of any kind! 6. Have fun and enjoy the trails! Please dress appropriately for the weather and trails, i.e. hiking boots or sturdy closed-toe shoes, long pants to help prevent scratches, a hat, etc. Please bring your own bug spray, sunscreen, and lots of water or a refillable water bottle. Each pass purchased is good for 1-4 people. If you have more than 4 in your group, please purchase another pass, limit 2 passes per order. All proceeds benefit River Parks Authority and Turkey Mtn. No refunds after purchase.
