Whether you’re a first time beginner, returning to practice after time away or just want to strengthen the core of your practice—our Introduction to Yoga with Jill is for you. This 4 class series is designed to provide a strong yoga foundation for your practice.  In just four weeks, you will learn basic yoga postures, yogic breathing, relaxation techniques and the joy of yoga. All yoga promotes stress relief, relaxation, overall health and well-being, and provides tools for a healthier, happier more peaceful life. At the end of the series, you will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to join any all- level yoga class, and will have experienced the many benefits of yoga. All participants will receive: - Four (4) 1.5 hours sessions led by Jill Birt - An Introduction to Yoga manual with all class materials and space for notes - A month of unlimited yoga at Austin Yoga Tree to practice while enrolled in the series (1/28-2/25) About Your Instructor:  Jill brings her years of experience to the mat to share. She considers yoga to be a self care tool to overall health. During this series, Jill will encourage yogis to allow space to discover and tend the needs of their own mind, body, and spirit.
