You could be eligible for one of the programs in Texas that offer down payment assistance. All of our program have different requirements. We will teach you the rules for the following Programs: * City of Houston * Harris County *Texas State Affordable Housing * Texas Department of Housing and Community Development * US Bank, Austin Bank and many other Lenders but you must also meet the program’s income and purchase price requirements, which vary based on county. You must also take a homebuyer education course, available for free through Home Sweet Home Community Redevelopment Corporation or any other HUD Approved Agencies.
