Welcome to the Iowa Emergency Services Academy. This course is designed to take a novice member and through the course of one intensive weekend, train them to become a qualified ground team member. This course will be taught through a series of hands-on and in classroom learning led by qualified cadets and senior members. There are 3 distinct levels of training during this activity.
