Join us at Mountain’s Walking Brewery for movement, mindfulness and connection for a cause! In celebration of International Women’s Month, Molly Casto, E-RYT 500 and Lululemon Regional Brand Ambassador will be leading an all-levels yoga class and guided meditation at Mountain’s Walking. Lululemon will be on site with fun door and raffle prizes. 100% of proceeds to benefit Haven and their work providing safe intervention for survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking, and stalking in Gallatin County. Members of the Haven team will join us to share important information about crisis and prevention programs and to educate us all on how to support and elevate the voices and experiences of survivors.
