Welcome to my latest event series in collaboration with the 28 Days of Self Love project!
All five events focus on the mind-body connection and joyful movement. The goal is to break down barriers and aid in the healing of negative experiences with movement and mental health. Self work is hard and beautiful and meaningful. My hope is that surrounding yourself with a community while working through these things will make it easier knowing that you are not alone.
