Friday April 28th 1600-2200 Meet and Greet at host hotel Hotel Clarion Inn 4900 Hatch Boulevard Sheffield, AL. 35660 256-381-4710 Live band, food, and bar will be open Saturday April 29 0600-0845 Breakfast and Personal Time 0845-1100 Memorial Ride 0845-0900 Briefing 0900 KSU 0945-1045 Wreath ceremony at Veterans Park Florence AL 1045 Release from Veterans Park to Natchez Trace Harley Davidson 1200-1700 Motorcycle Rodeo At Natchez Trace Harley Davidson Tuscumbia, AL State Rep/Commander's comments Rodeo includes Slow Race, Beer Keg Race, Trice Obstacle Course, Loudest Pipes, Cornhole Tournament, Horseshoe Contest. Food, trucks, live band (Rhonda Ray), Vendors and Beer on site. Bring your canopies and chairs out to enjoy the rodeo and live music! 1800-1900 All Prizes and Winners Announced Banquet Room at the host hotel present winning teams of cornhole and horseshoe tournaments with cash prizes. Announce the winners of the motorcycle rodeo events and hand out prizes. Auction off one set of cornhole boards. Auction off a tattoo from Bunny. Auction off plaque and wreath from the Memorial Ride. Announce the winner of the flamethrower raffle. 1900-0200 Everyone relax and have a good time Live music, good food, and beer at the host hotel restaurant Bar dedicated to the rally in the Banquet Hall Sunday April 30th 0600-0900 Breakfast Host hotel lobby Shirts are $15 for M, L and XL and $17 for 2XL, $19 for 3XL, and $21 for 4XL Poker chips come in red or black. They are $5 each. Beer cups will be available for beer on Friday and Saturday night at the host hotel for $5.
