Come celebrate International Women's Day on Saturday, March 11th from 1-3pm at American Winery, LTD. in Wauseon, OH. This event will not only celebrate and honor us as women, but give us an incredible opportunity to take time out for ourselves with an amazing yoga rebel flow with WARRIOR Rhythm, enjoy community, wine, snacks and deserts. WARRIOR Rhythm is fitness-focused with yoga undertones while increasing strength, flexibility and balance. It's yoga + weights, + HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience. Embrace our unconventional yoga flows, unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing! Make sure to bring your yoga mat, weights (if you would like, totally optional), towel, and water. After our workout, we will enjoy snacks, wine, deserts and embracing community for these incredible two hours. I cannot wait to see you all on the mat. The cost of the event will be: $30.00. $10 of the cost goes to the winery for attending the event. After our workout, the winery does encourage you to purchase wine or beer during or even after our event has finished.
