Local crafter, Mary Henson of Mary Charlee Designs, will be guiding participants through the process of cutting and putting together paper roses to create a beautiful bouquet to gift a loved one or keep for your home decor. Feel free to bring your own paper material for the roses and a hot glue gun if you have one. Materials you can use include old book pages, packaging paper, paper bags, old magazines. Each rose can be made from about a sheet and a half of regular copy paper so if you would like to create a full dozen flowers, bring roughly the equivalent of 18 sheets of paper. Additional supplies for leaves and stems will be provided, as well as supplies to color the rose petals or add some additional elements to your bouquet.
