Bench and deadlift competition. Male and Female DivisionsEach athlete will obtain their 1 rep max at each lift 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for highest total1st, 2nd, 3rd for highest total to body weight ratio Prizes will be awarded to podium finishers. Athlete Check-In: 5:00 PM Athlete Meeting: 6:00 PM First lift takes off at 6:30 PM. Each ticket comes with a shirt, be sure to select your size under the add-ons tab!
