Not your average networking event! Come connect & promote your business, brand or startup with a killer group fitness class and some free healthy snacks and beverage followed by a networking session. Class instructed by Maurice Epps, known as Coach.MoPositivity. Mo is a certified trainer. This unique event will provide you with a workout as well as involve you in a new form of healthy networking for local entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals. The event will include a panel discussion on the current state of personal health and wellness in the entrepreneurial and professional community followed by 30 minutes of a HIIT workout and then a networking session.
