Attention: Algiers Point Residents! Join us for Treasures From the Point, New Orleans' largest community "garage sale," and Friends of the Ferry's only annual fundraiser. Sign up, sell from your own porch and keep all the proceeds. Your registration fee is good for both days, Saturday and Sunday. (You can sell either day, or both for the same low fee. ) Your fee goes to pay for advertising, banking, web and printing costs, as well as feeding the ferry crew on Christmas day.
