Join Vuori Palo Alto for a 45 min, candlelight, slow flow yoga class taught by Jess. Jess has thoughtfully designed a class which syncs your breathing with movements that are the foundation of vinyasa styles. End the session with a meditative element and deep stretching during cool down. This class is open to all levels of students and promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, and emotional wellness.
