DSHS Vision & Hearing Instructor Training is only for those who have been approved by the VHSS manager to become an instructor for vision and hearing screening. You will receive an email confirmation after you have registered and print your ticket. The training will be held in person at my local office. Please bring a flash drive with you. Make sure all REQUIRED fields are filled in on your registration. All the information is required for your certification. If the information is not provided you will not receive your certification.
