ATTENTION KENTUCKY REALTORSYou don't want to miss this opportunity to learn contract law with Attorney Lee Harris in person on February 23rd from 4-7 PM. You will earn 3 hours of CE: LAW. You must be a licensed Realtor in Kentucky to attend this event! In this case, the instructor will go over all aspects of Contract Law and will go over the GLAR Purchase Contract line by line. The instructor will also provide real-life scenarios about how to address contractual issues that arise in agents' day-to-day transactions. About Lee Harris: Lee Harris Donahue is an Owner and Attorney with Limestone Title & Escrow, LLC and Harris Law Office, PLLC. She is also part-owner of Kentucky Real Estate College. She has practiced real estate law in Kentucky for 26 years and has written a textbook on real estate law, taught at UofL's Brandies School of Law, served as General Counsel to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission for 11.5 years and has assisted in drafting and promulgating many of the current license laws. She is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Kentucky College Law.
