The Zonta Club of the Joliet Area is hosting our second annual film festival, LUNAFEST, on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Joliet Junior College’s Renaissance Center. LUNAFEST is an inspirational short film festival by and about women brought to us by Luna ®, the makers of the Luna Bar. Luna began this festival in 2001 as a way to amplify diverse voices, challenge perceptions, and spark conversations, which matches the Zonta Club of the Joliet Area’s mission and goals. Zonta is hosting the festival during Woman’s History Month to bring awareness to these issues locally and for the purpose of raising funds to support the endowed scholarship fund that the Zonta Club of Joliet established for women attending Joliet Junior College.
