Goal Park Foundation is a non-profit organization that has a vision of enhancing seven blocks on the Columbia Tap Trail in Houston into a thriving, innovative, natural, sports, and cultural park. The park will start at Emancipation Avenue (opposite PNC Stadium) and end at the Rail Line at McKinney Street. We hope that Goal Park will not only add greenspace to the neighborhood but also becomes a destination and unifying center for the residents, activity enthusiasts, and the neighborhood at large. We seek your help, input, and suggestions to make this vision a reality. Come participate and share your ideas to help shape Goal Park!
