We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Bright Steps Action Plan - a comprehensive approach to supporting children's well-being and development from birth to age 8. This plan, in partnership with Tennesseans for Quality Early Education and the Bright Start TN Network, is aimed at creating high-quality learning environments, building strong families and communities, and promoting health, mental health, and developmental milestones. As the leading organization behind the development of Knoxville-Knox County's first early childhood education action plan, United Way of Greater Knoxville is calling upon all community stakeholders to join us in making the Bright Steps Action Plan a reality. Our goal is to bring together key stakeholders, establish a shared agenda, and provide resources and support to increase the capacity of nonprofits serving these communities. Join us on Tuesday, February 28th, beginning at 1:30 pm at The Standard, 416 W Jackson Ave, Knoxville, TN 37902, as we unveil the Bright Steps Action Plan and learn how you can get involved in this exciting initiative.
