Join us for a nourishing evening of movement, meditation, and fresh organic juice while we gather in community to move, breathe, and get grounded.
Your guide, Lindsay Kocka, owner of Fluent Movement on the Fly, is a Bozeman-based yoga and mindfulness teacher, fly fishing instructor, and women's retreat facilitator. Learn more about Lindsay here.
This event includes a 60 minute yoga flow practice, a 20 minute guided meditation, and one of The Well Juicery's signature cold pressed juices that you're welcome to enjoy while socializing with fellow attendees.
To bring: A yoga mat(limited mats will be available for those who don't have one), a water bottle, and cozy layers to wear during our extended resting pose with guided yoga nidra meditation.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to get settled into your space!

Notes on Accessibility: Our dynamic movement practice will include elements of regularly getting up and down from the floor with an emphasis on standing balance. You're encouraged to customize your practice in order to honor your own unique needs and abilities.
