Pennsylvania Kings Tryouts will include: * Required COVID-19 Waiver * Review, Complete & Sign-->COVID-19 Liability Waiver <--BEFORE Registering * Basketball Skills Testing * Drills * Full Court 5 on 5 scrimmages PENNSYLVANIA KINGS2023 Professional Basketball Tryout Series Schedule$195 Regular Registration $225 At the Door - February 12th, Sunday - 9:00AM - 12:00PM Phoenixville Recreation Center 501 Franklin Ave. Phoenixville, PA. 19460 IMPORTANT LETTER TO ATTENDEES We are taking safety at our Pennsylvania Kings Event seriously. After careful consideration on participation in Pennsylvania Kings opportunities, the Pennsylvania Kings are following health guidelines concerning COVID-19 given by the CDC and local governing bodies in the location of each tryout event. As no event is risk-free during a pandemic, we will highlight existing uncertainties and the measures that are being taken to reduce those risks and our corresponding refund policy. Your health and well-being is of the utmost importance to the Pennsylvania Kings. The Pennsylvania Kings would like to provide all attendees the opportunity to decide to accept these risks, take additional precautions when attending, or decide not to attend. We have implemented the following measures to promote the health and wellbeing of attendees and staff: WHAT'S EXPECTED OF ATTENDEES: Review, complete and sign the COVID-19 Liability Wavier before participating in the Pennsylvania Kings Professional Basketball Tryout(s). Attendees have a shared responsibility in event safety. The following rules must be followed by all attendees. 1. Bring your own face coverings (mask), ball, water and towel(s). 2. Do not attend or participate if you have a fever, tiredness, dry cough. 3. Sign COVID-19 Liability Waiver that you have no symptoms, have not been diagnosed with or had direct contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case in the past 14 days of the event and that you will comply with the event's safety policies and procedures including wearing face coverings and other determined requirements. 4. Violation of policies will cause removal from the event. As the situation evolves, so will our approach to keeping you safe. PENNSYLVANIA KINGS/COVID-19 SAFETY & PRECAUTION GUIDELINES STRICTLY ENFORCED Temperature/Symptom Check Hands washed upon arrival All Pennsylvania Kings staff to wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines of 6 feet apart 50 Maximum participants per event session Sanitize Stations available to use throughout water breaks or as necessary Current Pennsylvania Kings guidelines and specifications for tryout events.
