Eisinger Law is hosting a free interactive DBPR-approved HOA and Condominium Board Certification class, ideal for new board members and an informative refresher for current board members. The in-person class will review a variety of topics, including recent legislative changes affecting condominium and homeowner associations, explain the role of fiduciary duties, and guide board members through the applicable statutes governing community associations in Florida.
