Soul Flow Sundaze returns on Sunday, February 19 at Que Studio (1278 E Main St N) from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Spend some time loving on yourself during this holistically nourishing session. This experience will feature products from the capsule sportychic collection, Nuvi created by founder of Que Studio, Jasmine Lawrence. Soul Flow Sundaze (IG: @soulflow_sundaze) integrates movement, music and mood through the practice of a gentle yoga flow set to soulful sounds. By creating an ambient atmosphere this is an inclusive space designed for collective rest of the body and mind. A 45 minute gentle flow for all levels of practice. Event will begin at 5:30PM. Yoga will start at 6:00PM Limited yoga mats, blankets and blocks will be available onsiteLight refreshments will be provide by Chef Daryl, as well as other gifts from other local Black-owned businesses and artists. Moving our bodies should always be free of cost. These sessions are designed to be accessible and free. At-Will Donations* ($15 suggested) are generously accepted to support the continued programming. This experience will be indoors and practice the following COVID safety measures: Space will be limited to those who've registered. Registration will close 2 hours before the event (or once tickets are sold out).Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided on-site (please feel free to bring your own.)
