Soul~Ties & Deeper Bonds Workshop, will be lead by Fox Indigo and Yahhila Yisrael. We will learn and share how to be our best selves, for ourselves and our mates. The Holistic Practitioners will introduce Reiki Healing, Mindful Movements (Yoga), Breathe Work (breathing exercises) and Sound Healing. Come as you are. All are welcome. Adults only.
