TWI is being re-born as a proven structured approach to sustain continuous improvement. In these sessions supervisors, managers, and lead people will learn: How to build positive employee relations, increasing cooperation and motivation, and effectively resolve conflicts.Emphasizes that people must be treated as individuals to provide a foundation for developing and maintaining good relations to prevent problems from arising.Help supervisors to handle problems by gathering and weighing facts before taking action.*There will be morning and afternoon classes 2/27/23 through 3/2/23 class times will be based on enrollment numbers*
