Description

Try movements rooted in an Eastern approach to improving bone health. Qigong practice has been linked to increased mobility, relief from joint pain & arthritis, and improved bone density.  The low-impact movements of Qigong are appropriate for adults of all ages and levels of fitness. Qigong movements combine breathing, stretching and strengthening. This seminar will be presented by Master Teacher Megan Cullerton, who has over 40 years of martial arts experience. The lesson open to all at no cost. No previous Qigong experience is required.
