We remember what it was like walking into that first Jiu Jitsu, Boxing or Judo class. This weekend is designed for those who are interested in martial arts, but don't know where to begin. We will help you feel comfortable on the mats or with the bags and discuss how to choose the right gym for you.
Join a team of coaches for a weekend full of learning and fun. We will be practicing martial arts, but also learning about nutrition, mobility and rest.
Part of the proceeds for this event will go to a non-profit that hopes to provide mental health and jiu jitsu interventions to people who have been assaulted.
