In collaboration with The League of Women Voters and the Wilmette Public Library, The Book Stall is pleased to host an evening of book recommendations for both adults and children, as a panel of booksellers and librarians discuss "Diversity in Publishing." We'll recommend specific titles, and also discuss how libraries and bookstores select the books they carry, while offering strategies for people seeking to read titles that reflect a wide variety of experiences, cultures, and backgrounds. This program is free and open to the public, but reservations are required.
