MUST be 18 to attend and 21 to consume alcohol.
Students will work together, two per station, as I guide you through the process of making Butter, Mozzarella, Mozzarella Pinwheels, and Burrata; As a group, we will make a traditional creamy Italian Ricotta. Students will leave with a recipe booklet of even more beginner cheeses such as, Cream Cheese, Queso Blanco, Feta and French Style Chèvre (goat cheese). In addition, you will leave with the knowledge needed to make more advanced cheeses after this full immersion beginner class!
Our workshops are held indoors where we offer Coffee and Water. All of our workshops are BYOB, so feel free to bring your own wine, beer, etc; we do offer glassware, corkscrews, and refrigeration. Please note that this workshop must have a minimum attendance of four (4) students per class.
