Join us for an hour of discussion and kitchen demonstration with Chef Lynon as she shares insights into the ways food impacts the health of our bodies. During this time, she will be covering:
- Healing foods to incorporate into your diet.
- Benefits of juicing and equipment suggestions.
- How eating locally grown food impacts our health.
- Cooking demonstration of mineral-rich healing broth.
This discussion based class will be balanced with demonstrations, tastings (of course!) and recipes for you to try out at home.
About Chef Lynon:
By learning to heal a long-term chronic illness through lifestyle changes and a deep love of plants, Lynon has come to a place where she feels called to share the information that has helped herself and so many others.
Lynon is a plant loving 5th generation Montanan. She split her childhood between riding horses on her family's large cattle ranch in SE MT and hiking in the mountains of NW MT.
She is multifaceted with gifts including; BA in Photography, former business owner (Whitefish Hostel & Cafe), long time animal caretaker, herbalist in training, yoga teacher and maybe her favorite of all, the current lead chef at The Farmers Stand.
