Volunteers Responsibilities & Expectations Volunteers must be 16 years old or older, responsible, flexible, and have a servant’s heart. Be on time. Arrive at 3:45 pm SHARP No children are allowed to come with the volunteers or enter the building early .Volunteers must be willing to commit for the entire evening to volunteer. Volunteers usually take turns seeing the show as they work.We can not guarantee you will see the entire performance of your favorite artist. We try to accommodate as much as we can.Frequently Asked Questions Q: What's next after I register? You will receive an email shortly with your confirmation. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Our team will sometimes send out additional communication closer to the event so be sure to check your emails. Q: Where is volunteer check in? At the entrance to the NCAA basketball experience. Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Paper tickets are not needed. Everyone will check in electronically. Q: What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Parking is available around the arena and you are responsible for the cost. Parking can cost up to $30. Q: So food, drink, snacks? What do I do? You may bring money for concessions. Sometimes security will allow you bring snacks. Looking for more info?
