Join Noelle Wallwork LMT & Integrative Pelvic Therapist for an experience of connecting with your womb through guided meditations and self-massage. In this workshop, we will work both energetically and physically to clear out any stagnant energy held in your womb space and develop a skill set that empowers you to transform your womb space into a source of power . We will be working with Western Peony* in tincture form with guided meditation. In addition, you will be given a half ounce tincture to take home with you so you can continue to work with this herbal ally. In this workshop, you will also be guided through an abdominal and uterine self-massage practice. Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing that allows you access to your abdominal area and bring a journal. *Western Peony tincture is typically taken in 1-3 drops and is a non-psychoactive plant teacher.
