Twerk & Bounce Dance Fitness is for anyone wanting to learn the basic techniques of twerk with a little island bounce. Keeping your hips rotating and booties bouncing! Twerk & Bounce is brought to you by Markesha and Amber. These ladies are certified dance fitness instructors with multiple format certifications between them. Both women have collaborated to bring their love for not only fitness and dance but their passion for women, body positivity and the feminine expression of body movement. This special event is a debut dance class and Party celebrating the twerk Boss Markesha’s 32nd birthday! After the 60 min class we will be turning all the way up with drinks hors d’oeuvres dope vendors, DJ and vibes!!!!
