When we’re facing the deep confusion of pain and suffering, it’s easy to feel forgotten by God. People all around us are going on with normal life seemingly without a care, and our whole world is crashing down. God can seem distant, and we can question whether He loves us or even cares.  The Good News of the Bible is that God does deeply love us, and nothing we’re experiencing can separate us from His enduring love.  He has a desire to heal our hurting hearts in the deepest way possible, and to use our challenges as preparations for a better future.
