Anyone and everyone are welcome to this volunteer event! No prior trail maintenance experience required. We will be working around Raccoon Mountain to clean up various issues and get the trails ready for the spring riding season. Come prepared! Please be sure to bring: Sturdy work boots or shoes (no open-toed shoes or sandals)Long pants/sleevesWork glove and eye protection. We will have some on hand if you don’t already have your own.Easy to carry hydration (Hydration pack or clip-on water bottles recommended)A desire to have some fun!All tools will be provided and there will be water and trail snacks to go around. We will meet at the East Overlook parking lot at 9:30am, coffee and snacks will be provided. There will be a brief orientation and safety talk and then we will hike to the work locations by 10:00am.
