This space will carry the intention of empowerment; activating the masculinity within. The Assembly will flow with the energies of the Native American practice of the Sun Dance tradition. We will tap into our divine masculinity, healing and transcending our old self. We will have deep immersions with our facilitators That will include cold exposure(ice bath), Alkaline Breathwork, men's voice activation, and Primal Man with a circle of expression for the brothers to share and express what is inside. Introduction -Setting a collective intention We say the agreements Explain Ohana and the circle Confidentially Cacao Ceremony Every brother presents himself and shares his name, intention & something that he which to let go of (Limitation) We say prayers together and personally We are going to create a safe space where limitations, fears, and repressions are going to be released and transmuted. Cicle of expression The brother will share his feelings, limitations or history is welcome to share it Cold Exposure & kriya We start the men's activation with breathwork and sounds.
